-All online purchases are carried out through our website in conjunction with Paypal. For details on how we store any data we collect, please review our Privacy Policy.

-All purchases are sent to the address included by the buyer. Where possible, we also email over a tracking code when your item has been posted.

-We may contact you on the email address you have included if we have any questions about your order (e.g. Post Length, Gauge, etc.).

-Many of our items state a post length/ring size that the jewellery will be sent with. We hold other sizes in stock and subject to availability we can send a different size should you require. Please email prior to ordering to confirm that we have the size that you require in stock. If we don’t have an email alongside your order, we will send the post/ring size listed as default.

-For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any of our body jewellery products. With this in mind, if you have any doubts about sizing, please don’t hesitate to email us at: and we will do our best to advise.

-We are a small studio and very occasionally a holiday or absence due to sickness may delay the postage of your order by a few days. In this instance, we will contact you on the email address that you have included to notify you of the delay.
