The main purposes cookies are:

Google Analytics

When someone visits our website, we use a third party service called Google Analytics collect information on visitor behaviour patterns. This gives us an idea of how many visitors we get to various parts of the site. The information is processed in a way that does now identify any individual user and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the website.

Mailing Lists

If you have signed up for our mailing list, we will hold data with which to contact you to send out each issue of our newsletter. This information will include your name and email address only and is stored on a password protected laptop that is kept in the studio at all times. We do not use any kind of bulk email provider as emails are sent out manually. We do not sell, rent or trade mailing lists with any other organisations or businesses. You have the option to opt out of our mailing list at any time (simply email info@inkhaus.co.uk with the email title ‘opt out’).

Online Shop Data

When you buy a product from our online shop, we will collect data from you that allows us to process your payment, contact you with any questions/queries about your order, and post it out. This information includes: Name, Email Address (all our online shop payments use paypal), and Postal Address. This information is used only to be able to process the payment and post the item out to you. We may also email you at the address you have provided if we have any questions before processing your order. The data is stored only on our WooCommerce online shop dashboard, which is password protected and accessed only from a password protected laptop that does not leave the studio. Your data is not sold to or shared with any other companies or organisations and you can request for us to delete the information that we hold at any time.
